During the period of 1985-1991 Mrs Koprova was involved in the education and training group in the field of  Gestalt therapy led by Nada and Mladen Kostic (clinical psychologists from Belgrade) and she earned a cerificate for Gestalt therapist. She was employed as a clinical psychologist in the Psychiatric hospital - Skopje where she was engaged on group therapy with alcoholics, drug addictis, psychotic and psychoneurotic patients for almost 15 years. She worked on psychodiagnostic, consulting, support therapy and individual and group psychotherapy. Mrs. Koprova was a founder of the Association of Gestalt therapy of Macedonia in 1992. She is a founder of the National Association of Gestalt therapy of Macedonia ,,Contact,,.She is a member of the Association of Psychologist of Macedonia, Psychotherapeutic Association of Macedonia (till 1991), Psychodrama Association of Macedonia, Macedonian Transactional Analysis Association (MATA) and EAGT. She has been organazing and performing Gestalt training since 1992. The members of Gestalt groups she leads are students and young professionals of psychology, pedagogy, social care and medicine (psychiatry). Mrs. Koprova was initiator and organizer of translation in Macedonian language of the basic literature in the field of Gestalt therapy.
